Enjoyable base for discovering Appleby-in-Westmorland. I booked a classic queen room for 1 night and had a nice stay. Breakfast had incredible choices, including fruit and pastries, sadly I didn't have time and didn't try all of it. Pleasant reception.

The staff were brilliant, the bed was very comfy and the food was splendid. So many choices for breakfast: fruit and pastries. Everything was excellent, I enjoyed street view from my double room. The atmosphere created here was quiet. It was a luxurious hotel in a great area. Good service was provided.

Warm enough room and luxurious bathroom, tasty breakfast. Amazing beds, netflix and iron/ironing board were a nice touch. Staff were ready to help and made our stay as really enjoyable as it could be. The pool was excellent and the garden - small.

Fabulous base for exploring Appleby. Comfortable bed and perfect location. Moreover, there is a parking on-site. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Very good and alright food...

We really loved this hotel and its nice food and staff. Booked classic double room with air conditioner, a flat screen TV and ironing facilities. Their chef rocks! In addition, free Wi Fi was useful. It is undoubtedly a quiet option when in Appleby.

Beds just lovely. The Steak House, where you can eat, is within walking distance to the hotel. Our favourite property in Appleby, we can recommend it.

Comfy sofa bed in our room. Location is good and personnel is useful. Only a 5-minute walk from appleby castle, which was good for us. The hotel had a central position❤
